I bought this book mainly for the organic recipes. Learning about the food industry, what is healthy and what isn’t was a bonus. I’m always looking for new and tasty recipes to share with my family to get everyone eating healther and these are a great addition to my collection. Surprising were the BONUS recipes at the end- FAR more than I expected!
